5. 4. 3. 2. 1 ... Happy New Year! Do you remember how excited and optimistic you were as you were shouting out the last 5 seconds of 2017? 2018 was going to be your year! This year was going to be different. You were going to lose all of that weight, eat better, go on that trip, pay off your debt, check off all of those things from your New Year Resolution list.  REALITY: We are in the final 3 months of 2018 and the next line my sting a little. Nothing has changed. For some of us, nothing has changed for several years. We are in the final 3 months of the year and still making the same excuses, still rationalizing our circumstances, telling ourselves that 2019 WILL be different. Can I ask you a question? I really want you to take the time to think about your answer. HOW is 2019 going to be different? What are you doing NOW to assure that things will change? If you are unsure how to respond to those questions, you are not alone and it’s ok to not be sure. The truth is, the way you have been doing things have served you to a certain extent. BUT... if you are ready to really take responsibility for your actions, your circumstances, your health and your future, then something needs to change.  “If you always do, what you’ve always done, then you will always get what you always got” Henry Ford.  It’s time for a makeover... a Mindful Makeover. Join me for this powerful 6 week journey as we explore your strengths and weakness and create a plan that will allow you to break through the barriers holding you back and begin to see massive results in all areas of your life. If what you have been doing is not working, NOW is the time for a new approach! Included: - The first part, and the foundation of our 6 week journey, begins with an Energy Leadership Index Assessment (E.L.I. Assessment). This powerful assessment was developed by Bruce D. Schneider, Founder of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is recognized by Forbes as one of the best assessments to understand your strengths and weaknesses. This attitudinal assessment is in a league all on it’s own, as it is based on an energy/action model and is not intended to label a person but rather measure your level of energy based on your unique attitude, perception and perspective of your world. The good news is, attitude is subjective which means we have the ability to alter our views. Upon completion of this assessment, you will have a one hour, one on one debrief with me to go over your results and discuss potential areas for development.  - Six, face to face, 90 minutes small group coaching sessions meeting once a week, for 6 weeks, and totally 9 hours of coaching. This is where the magic happens! Because this workshop is limited to only 10 people, each person will have ample opportunities to grow, share, learn and really dig deep and develop their OWN consciousness and self-awareness. Group coaching is a powerful way to gain self awareness, new perspectives, accountability, and develop partnerships with people that will encourage you, support you, and challenge you to keep taking action. Each week has a specific topic, lesson, assignment and various activities that we will do together. These sessions are interactive so be prepared to step out of your comfort zone a little bit, (don't worry, nothing too scary). - Personal Workbook and journal. This will be your guidebook throughout this journey. In our fast paced world of technology, we have forgotten the importance of pen and paper. Research shows that by writing things down such as our goals and taking the time to journal and do self reflection, we are more able to visualize and accomplish what we set to do. Your journey is unique to you and cannot be duplicated. We all experience life, stress, happiness from our unique set of filters and lenses. Your journal is the perfect place to capture it.  - Weekly scheduled, individual check-in to support you through your unique journey and experience. - Private Facebook group. This is where we will have weekly mindful prompts, weekly lessons or assignments, strategically designed to keep you focused on your goals and keep moving forward.
