Harmony within a home is the key to living a healthy, contented, and joyful life. How do we create harmony and avoid confusion and conflict within our home? While we all have different ideas of what “home†means for us, the home is first and foremost an environment.
The best part ?
Some environments can create chaos, confusion, aggression, fear, distrust, and discomfort. Others can enhance cooperation, understanding, tolerance, and respect. Interestingly, the most useful tool in understanding the effect of environments on attitude and feelings is found in Sunzi’s Art of War.
This program offers an insight into how we can use the knowledge of environment and the power of strategy to create peace and harmony a place we call “Homeâ€. No requirements - open to all Dr. Eva Wong is a 19th generation lineage carrier of the Primordial Limitless Gate School of Daoism.

Strategies for Creating a Healthy Work Place Sunday, Decamber 2nd, 9:00am-6:00pm with Eva Wong & Will Ryken Atlanta Shambhala Center ScheduleMorning session: 9am to noonLunch break: noon - 1:30pmAmulets and talismans available for sale 1:30 - 2pmAfternoon session: 2 - 6pmTea break and snacks 4 - 4:30pm Program DescriptionWhy are some work places harmonious, peaceful, and respectful, while others are full of conflict, confusion, and aggression? According to Sunzi the master strategist, space created by environments can affect thoughts, feelings, and actions.
In his classic The Art of War, Sunzi described environments that can make people feel threatened, intimidated, suspicious, fearful, and aggressive. He also described environments that can help people become more open, friendly, accommodating, and respectful.
In this program, we will look at the design of work places in the light of Sunzi’s environments and how they might affect the mental and emotional well-being of those who work there. If we learn how to create environments that foster care, respect, cooperation, and kindness, and avoid or change those that can create fear, distrust, and confusion, our work places will be more harmonious, less abusive, and even more productive.
