Thursday November 15

Arbutus | Maryland | United States

Join Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake, Project JumpStart and partners as we welcome the third class of the HabiCorps Workforce Development Program! Over the next 10.5 months, HabiCorps trainees will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in carpentry and construction management while building Habitat homes. As trainees learn new skills and work toward a career in a growing industry, they will also be building a brighter future for families and communities in need across Baltimore City. This highly impactful program is made possible thanks to generous grants from the Corporation for National & Community Service, Governor's Office of Service & Volunteerism, Aerotek, Abell Foundation, Baltimore Community Foundation, Bunting Family Foundation, France-Merrick Foundation, Middendorf Foundation, Osprey Foundation, and Skip Viragh Foundation.
