Meditation is a daily practice and a skill that grows with perseverance, patience and regular practice. At the end of the seven (7) consecutive weeks, you will be able to meditate with confidence in a group or on your own. Every Meditation for Beginners session will have a brief introduction followed by 3-4 guided meditations.
