FREE Gentle Yoga for everyone.... From a broken arm recovery, spinal injury, to knee injuries, to mental, physical, and emotional limitations, you are still able to reap the benefits of yoga. Join us every Wednesday at the Lyons Rec center on Lyons and Tchoupatoulis St. for a gentle flow class that focuses on: * Pranayama, (breathwork) * slow, gentle movements * meditation We encourage core work to use the muscles of the abdomen to invite the support of the other muscles in a gentle, fluid manner. This class is great for beginners as well as for those wishing to take a little load off from their spirited yoga practices. All are welcome. Mats are provided along with some props. Feel free to bring your own mat and props.
